SANGEAN Warranty Policy

Reasonable rights and interests of users are guaranteed for our company’s product in accordance to the warranty included with our company’s product. If there is any abnormal within seven days of receiving the product, our company will replace it with a new product free of charge.

After seven days, customers can enjoy one year of free maintenance service; however, the customer will need to send or return the malfunctioned product back to our company. After maintenance is completed, it will be sent back to the customer directly.

If the warranty was not stamped with the dealership stamp, other documents with the date of purchase and product model number, such as the dealer’s shipment order or other purchase records, are also acceptable. Improper manual operations (such as wrong voltage input, dropping and water ingress, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

 

Appreciation Period

Since online shopping consumers cannot actually touch the commodity, in order to ensure reasonable rights and interests of customers, online shoppers can enjoy seven days of appreciation period service after receiving the product. Customers can return or exchange the product within these seven days.

 

Instructions for Return and Exchanges

Please call us to notify us the reason for the return or exchange, and then pack the product properly and send it back to our company along with the original receipt; our specialist will help you process the return or exchange. (Return or exchange must be completed within seven days)

Please note: The product must be in brand new conditions and packed completely (including the host, accessories, internal and external packaging, included documents and gifts, etc.).
